Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Eden@tacky-design.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned. For questions about specific items, feel free to reach out to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund to your account.

EU Customers

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify.

Israeli Customers

Cancellation of a transaction is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation) Regulations, 2010.
Israeli customers are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or service, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at Eden@tacky-design.com. Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the law and may be subject to cancellation fees as permitted.
